Could anyone recommend an order entry solution that uses OCR/AI? We are thinking of implementing something to limit the amount of manual entry. Note that our orders come in via email, usually a PDF purchase order. There is no online/website ordering.

Hi all. I'm looking for some guidance on how to modify the standard forecast reports. The Calculated Forecast by Sales Rep, as an example, uses the Order Date on Sales Orders to forecast revenue. We believe it would be more prudent to use the Ship Date, especially since we can have a large gap (months or years) between winning an order and fulfilling it. As a result, the forecast is usually overstating expected revenue. We work with ACS 😅 and they cannot modify or recreate the report as a report or a saved search. They are now proposing a Suitelet. As always, it blows my mind that something as basic as a forecast requires an extensive custom solution. Does anyone have recommendations around this issue or can share alternative forecasting tools that work for you?

Has anyone put together a report that helps detail how/why the sales pipeline "moves" from month to month? Things like creating new Opportunities/Quotes/Sales Orders. So far I haven't had any success due to the fact the dollar value of Opps/Quotes can change over time, and pulling from the System Notes is clunky at best.

Morning everyone - has any one used Netsuite CPQ functionality - I vaguely recall some comments on this solution and wondered what the general consensus is on this! Happy Christmas and enjoy all the festivities!
