NetGain
Does anyone use any products from NetGain? We are in the process of renewing our contract for the coming year and the increase seems quite substantial for just the one module we use them for. Curious if others have the same experience.
Order Entry
Could anyone recommend an order entry solution that uses OCR/AI? We are thinking of implementing something to limit the amount of manual entry. Note that our orders come in via email, usually a PDF purchase order. There is no online/website ordering.

Just wanted to give an update; we are using the MCP connection with Claude. I create a project and added instructions for our processes as well as the unique situations. Our users just put in the PDF if Claude and there are some prompts that Claude will ask the user before it gives a summary of the order. Once the user confirms the summary it creates the sales order in NetSuite. It works pretty slick.
Building Work Orders
I have a situation where a work order quantity of 7500 pieces for a stock product. Every time a pallet is completed 50 pieces are built in NetSuite on the work order (through an integration with our labeling equipment). However, in order to maximize plant efficiency, the final batch of product may bring us to 7600 pieces. Since NetSuite is building 50 pieces every few minutes, once it reaches the work order quantity of 7500, the last 100 pieces/2 pallets won't be built. I can't make another work order part way through the batch of product to cover this last 100 pieces. We also cannot change the WO quantity once there is an assembly build. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what I can do here to make sure the final quantities are also built in NetSuite?

@Christopher Loucks NetSuite doesn't allow the work order quantity to be adjusted if there are assembly builds against the WO. In order to change the quantity all the assembly builds have to be deleted.

Journal Depreciation not sourcing with custom segment
I have created segment custom and already filled when do the transactions and listed in fixed asset list. However, when running depreciation, the custom segment in depreciation journal entry was not shown.

We have this issue as well and our current 'fix' is to manually change the depreciation entry that is created. We export the entry and the FAM data, correct the entry in excel and do a CSV upload. It's not ideal but we couldn't figure out how to have it done in the script that runs and creates the entry. Likely have to talk to NetSuite support to have the script updated (if that's possible).
CSV Import for New Subsidiaries
Are we able to do a CSV import to create new subsidiary records? Or is the only way to manually create them?
