what licenses do i need for my brand? , if i partner with license holders is that like me piggy backing off them? do I honestly need a license?

I make RSO/FECO mainly for people with cancer. I moved from California to Arizona and I'm having trouble sourcing material to extract. I've tried some local grow shops and pop-up events with limited success... I get some material, but not a consistent supply. The flower has to be grown organically... and there is one brand out here called Abundant Organics that has the quality flower I'm looking for. Is it feasible for me to contact them to start an account to purchase flower? Or, what is suggested in this situation?

I’m leaning towards thca online business( wholesale annd my own brand ) and want to cover all my edges . What I’m asking is how do I start it? I have a supplier, from my understanding I only need a seller permit and LLC , which I have . I have a commercial manufacturer for all legit packaging…. What do you suggest I need to add to the team ?
