Create income stream which does not require my every day input to continue producing (Reduce my need to work full time and spend more time doing things I a truly driven by (skiing, biking, climbing, being with family))

Just starting the Investor Accelerator module and my 3 Why's are financial stability, property management, and portfolio growth.

My why is to give my family and future family an amazing life. I strive to achieve financial freedom and independence so that I can never miss a future game or event for my kids and so I can be there for my parents as they grow old. I also Strive for control.. Control over my time, control over my work, control over how I live!

My why is not set in concrete by any means--it will likely change over time. But for my 20 year old self, I have a couple 1) Help others- I want to help people(especially those around my age) to have more control and financial stability. In todays world, it seems as though it's becoming harder for young people to own a home. I want to be a bridge they can utilize to achieve this. 2) Freedom/Flexibility- I enjoy having flexibility and the time freedom to do what I like. I believe this is a common why for most people.
