Why MOTS-c might not be working for you
I know a lot of people love MOTS-c, but there is a lot of reporting that some people using MOTS-c experience fatigue, lack of energy, and brain fog. This is often discounted by those that MOTS-c works well for, but there is a common mutation that many of us in North America have that impacts MOTS-c and causes these side effects. Here's the article I wrote to explain it. https://medium.com/understanding-peptides/a-common-mutation-impacting-mots-c-473660a8ee76

The Myth of Tesamorelin
Okay everyone, here's a spicy one. I take the ongoing concept that floats around Tesamorelin and it being the gold standard when it comes to visceral fat loss. In the article, I breakdown that the visceral fat loss you experience with Tesamorelin is actually do to increased GH in your system, not Tesa. I look forward to your comments. https://medium.com/understanding-peptides/the-myth-of-tesamorelin-f11b6875c676?sharedUserId=rarock I've also included the graphic novel version of it as well
