Never Stop Learning
You can never know enough, and I think it's important to always think there is so much you don't know. Sometimes you are given an interesting opportunity and I got a chance to do a certification program that is meant for prescribing physicians. It went DEEP into the science, studies, dosing, building case studies on peptide use, stacking, dosing, and courses. It was really interesting and came at it from a very different perspective from any of the other peptide training I've taken. It's so invigorating to learn something new.

Trusted Chinese supplier 🤔
Hi Has anyone got a Chinese supplier that they have tested the product themselves? Asking for a friend! Jokes- research purposes only

Many sources claim to be a source, but are just resellers. I have a safe source that I've used for a few years, that I've had amazing experiences with. I run buying groups with them occasionally.
A supplement to keep you safe from heavy metals and endotoxins
One of the major concerns we hear all the time about peptides is potential exposure to heavy metals and endotoxins. I've created an article that outlines that a simple supplement can act as protection from the negative impacts of exposure to either. https://medium.com/understanding-peptides/canadian-peptide-academy-evidence-review-f1762e1a6998 Graphic novel will be out tomorrow.

Hi Jerome, great question. Congratulations on just starting your journey. To properly answer the question, I'd need to know a lot more about where you are right now. Age, current weight, goal weight, fundamentals (current training, sleep, diet, recovery).

@Jerome Samuel Let me know what the bloodwork says. I'll also stress that if you want to lose weight, you also need to do strength training, the type of exercising your doing is great, but putting on muscle improves your metabolic rate and makes it easier to lose weight.
Hype vs Science - GHK-Cu
We all know it, I'm guessing we all mostly love it, GHK-Cu. The newest entry into the hype vs science series, GHK-Cu. Solid mechanism, good animal and in vivo testing, lacking human trials beyond topical applications. The graphic novel version will be out tomorrow. https://medium.com/understanding-peptides/hype-vs-science-ghk-cu-dba212926ca6
