Questions about exp date, and free boxes/labels

Hello! I hope you're doing well. I have a couple of questions about Amazon FBA/FBM in Canada.

1. If I want to sell a grocery or other consumable product, how much time must be left before its expiration date for Amazon to accept it?

2. In the US, sellers can order free shipping boxes, labels, and other packing supplies pretty much indefinitely (USPS, UPS, etc.). How does it work in Canada?

Canada Post charges for boxes, and when I check UPS Canada, I don't even see a price, so I'm not sure if they're free or not. Where do Canadian sellers usually get free shipping boxes/labels(not printed) and supplies?
