Looking to level up my product sourcing strategy (FBA & FBM – Canada)
Hi @Anthony Mancini, I’m also based in Quebec. One of my Facebook friends recommended your videos, especially your guidance on FBM shipping templates — that advice helped me a lot and I’ve already seen an increase in sales since applying it.
Now that I’m actively doing FBM, I feel my main bottleneck is product sourcing. I have Keepa (highly recommended), but I don’t feel like I’m using it to its full potential yet. I still rely heavily on sourcing through SAS and manual methods.
I’d really appreciate your insight on:
- What sourcing strategy you recommend focusing on at this stage
- How to better use Keepa to support sourcing decisions (especially for FBM)
