Tues - Mar 31. Chaos has many roots and manifestations!
Wowzers. I had the best conversation with @Christian Phipps today! We explored our mutual habits of curiosity and our struggle to maintain one direction in our business development. So many shiny objects and ideas. We examined these habits as related to anxiety and imposter syndrome. See you tomorrow, Wednesday Mar 31st at 6pm MT, 8pm ET, 5pm PT to dig into this subject! What sort of Chaos are you managing right now? Could it have deeper roots than what shows on the surface?

Sun - Mar 29. Walkin' and Talkin' to Calm the Chaos
Do you always follow your own advice about clearing your head so you can focus better? Me, either. But I'm practicing what I preach today, My Friend! Taking walking breaks in the park and talking to the trees when my VERY late tax organization makes me want to claw my eyes out. (High drama Chaos management)! How are you taking your own advice to calm the Chaos today?
Sunday Eve - Feb 15. Noticing My Sugar Cravings with Chaos
Hello My Friend! Full disclosure. When I feel an uptick in Chaos, especially the type that lives in my mind and has me feeling like I'm moving in too many directions at once, I crave sugar. Dark chocolate, cookies, cakey things. Especially if I start the day with one of these treats, the rest of the day is a battle to get back on track. What is your relationship to food when Chaos comes calling? Does it change?
Sunday Eve - Feb 15. Noticing My Sugar Cravings with Chaos
Is it chaos or overwhelm?
I was talking with Bonnie today about my own personal reaction to the word chaos. As she described the purpose of this group, I found that the word "overwhelm" is what kept popping up. Chaos to me has some negative connotations implying being helpless to deal with things that are hopelessly out of control. Overwhelm to me means I've got more on my plate that I can figure out how to handle, and I need a way to manage it more effectively. That's what I'm really looking for from my participation in this group - managing overwhelm more than calming chaos. How does that resonate with others in the group?
