Nervous System Integration is happening in 41 hours
Feb 17th Replay is Up!
And I want to hear from you after you watch it :) I ask some specific awareness questions in the video and I'd love to hear your experience!
Our Tues call starts in 20 minutes...
Today’s Calm & Clear call is about understanding the different sides of you that show up when MS is in the picture. If you’ve ever felt torn between pushing and resting, this one is for you. Kate McDowell is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Topic: Nervous System Integration Time: Feb 3, 2026 11:00 AM America/Toronto Join Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89515296113?pwd=nX9MyXNFhrmeG75ZM327catTjsx34e.1 Meeting ID: 895 1529 6113 Passcode: 370001
Today’s call 11am EST
If there’s a behavior you keep meaning to change but somehow don’t… this call is for you. I’ll be guiding a short visualization, adapted specifically for MS. We’ll gently walk through the Robert Dilts values levels, taking one step forward at each level, so your nervous system can connect the change you want with why it actually matters to you. This isn’t about pushing or fixing yourself. It’s about helping your system feel safer moving toward what you want. Come live if you can. Even a few minutes can shift a lot.

Exciting shift story
Happy Saturday! I had a session with a 1:1 client yesterday who experienced something very cool. In her last session we cleared a limiting decision she’d been carrying since childhood. Yesterday she told me that for the first time in ages she was able to walk around by herself without support and it felt like how she used to. “It’s almost like magic!” She said. Your body is capable of so much ❤️
Wanting Change But Holding Back? Let’s Talk About Why
Good morning ☀️ A question I’ve been sitting with lately: Where in your life are you asking for change… while also protecting yourself from it? Not in a “you’re doing something wrong” way. More in a curious, compassionate way. I see this pattern constantly (and I’ve lived it myself): - Wanting more energy, but staying in routines that feel familiar. - Wanting different results, but keeping the same inner rules. - Wanting relief, but bracing for disappointment. None of this means you’re broken. It usually means your system learned a long time ago that staying the same felt safer than trying something new. So today, I’d love to hear from you: 👉 What’s one area where you feel a genuine desire for change right now? 👉 And if you’re open to noticing… what do you sense might be the protective reason part of you hesitates? There are no right answers here. Awareness alone creates movement. Share as much or as little as you want. I’ll be in the comments with you. 💛
