Good morning :) last week I was out of the office, assisting at an NLP practitioner training. I have some fresh ideas to share with you today at 11am ET. Have you ever considered that it’s the meaning we place on events in our life that matter more than the events themselves?

Today we're digging into what's often going on at a nervous system level when it comes to feeling stuck around putting yourself first. Primer question: When it comes to taking care of yourself, which feels most true right now? 1. I'm amazing at showing up for others, but inconsistent with myself 2. I know exactly what I "should" do... I just don't follow through 3. I start strong, but something always pulls me off track 4. I feel guilty prioritizing myself 5. Honestly, I'm not sure why I don't do what I know would help

When you feel most motivated to take care of your health, what tends to drive you the most?
- Having the freedom to choose what works for me - Feeling safe and supported in the process - Being able to express myself and be understood - Feeling connected to others who get it - Feeling capable and proud of my progress This is something I’ve been studying more deeply lately. Each of us is driven by something slightly different. When we understand what actually motivates us, it becomes much easier to create change that sticks.
