  • Having the freedom to choose what works for me
  • Feeling safe and supported in the process
  • Being able to express myself and be understood
  • Feeling connected to others who get it
  • Feeling capable and proud of my progress
This is something I’ve been studying more deeply lately.
Each of us is driven by something slightly different.
When we understand what actually motivates us, it becomes much easier to create change that sticks.
