- Read Psalms 3 and prayed ✅ - Drank only water ✅ - Closed 2 out of 3 activity rings - One of my clients has been making great progress and started a conversation all by themselves. They were like, ”Ms. Krystal got a question. What’s your favorite color?” 😂☺️

As summa is winding ⬆️ up, baby girl & I are making the most of each moment. 🌸 Successful media day at the field with the cheerleaders & football players. ♥️🤞🏾 🌸 Wings & fires at our lil spot. 🌸 Today was a great day. ♥️🤞🏾🥰 J. Forbes signing off. Thank you all for this season. It’s been one of my favorites, &+ it was needed. I pray that God continues to bless us all.

💜Wins in the midst of the struggle (what you did do IS enough).
(Through the battle to heal trauma-induced procrastination, depression, executive disfunction, and time-blindness. Representation for anyone else who didn't know it was ok to give themselves credit for the little things either). 7/04 ⭐Hygiene ⭐Lemon-water with sinus pill and vitamins ⭐Washed 1 load of clothes ⭐Folded clothes and put them away in drawer (usually queen of leaving clean clothes in the hamper, don't judge me, you do it too! lol) ⭐Got through work shift (exceptionally smooth too) ⭐Stretched (no yoga nothing, just simply stretched) ⭐Went outside on patio for about 5 minutes to get sunlight during shift ⭐Had green juice with 2 and a half meals (intentionally doing some intermittent fasting) 7/05 ⭐Got out of bed at 7:10am and stayed out!
