💜Wins in the midst of the struggle (what you did do IS enough).
(Through the battle to heal trauma-induced procrastination, depression, executive disfunction, and time-blindness. Representation for anyone else who didn't know it was ok to give themselves credit for the little things either).
7/04
⭐Hygiene
⭐Lemon-water with sinus pill and vitamins
⭐Washed 1 load of clothes
⭐Folded clothes and put them away in drawer (usually queen of leaving clean clothes in the hamper, don't judge me, you do it too! lol)
⭐Got through work shift (exceptionally smooth too)
⭐Stretched (no yoga nothing, just simply stretched)
⭐Went outside on patio for about 5 minutes to get sunlight during shift
⭐Had green juice with 2 and a half meals (intentionally doing some intermittent fasting)
7/05
⭐Got out of bed at 7:10am and stayed out! (Progress from 7:30/7:45 when shift starts at 8am🤦🏾‍♀️)
⭐Made bed
⭐Hygiene
⭐Lemon-water with sinus pill and vitamins
⭐Made tea
⭐Stepped outside on patio for about 2 minutes during shift
⭐Dusted (everybody hates dusting)
⭐Got through a crazy 10-hour shift with my sanity still intact (praise Jesus, won't he do it!)
⭐Walked outside to and from my car (something good is better than nothing, will increase!)
