âHygiene
âLemon-water with sinus pill and vitamins
âWashed 1 load of clothes
âFolded clothes and put them away in drawer (usually queen of leaving clean clothes in the hamper, don't judge me, you do it too! lol)
âGot through work shift (exceptionally smooth too)
âStretched (no yoga nothing, just simply stretched)
âWent outside on patio for about 5 minutes to get sunlight during shift
âHad green juice with 2 and a half meals (intentionally doing some intermittent fasting)

âGot out of bed at 7:10am and stayed out! (Progress from 7:30/7:45 when shift starts at 8amđ¤Śđžââď¸)
âMade bed
âHygiene

âMade tea
âStepped outside on patio for about 2 minutes during shift
âDusted (everybody hates dusting)
âGot through a crazy 10-hour shift with my sanity still intact (praise Jesus, won't he do it!)
âWalked outside to and from my car (something good is better than nothing, will increase!)
