What an incredible community we have here! Sebastian and I are still feeling all the magic from our time together in Guatemala at Maestro Valley! Getting back to nature, connecting with so many beautiful humans, sharing experiences, and being reminded of just how powerful it is when we come together with intention. There's something really special about this community. And I am SO grateful for the connections we've made here! That experience also gave me even more excitement around something Sebastian and I have been creating for a while now... Conscious Couples Connection! ❤️🔥 A 100-day guided experience for couples who are ready for MORE. More intimacy. More touch. More play. More presence. More of that feeling of being ALIVE together! Because we don't have to wait until something feels wrong to intentionally invest in our relationships. And we definitely don't have to wait for a vacation or retreat to experience deeper connection, pleasure, and joy together! We'll be exploring breathwork, nervous-system awareness, conscious communication, movement, intimacy, and shared experiences, with some incredible guest facilitators joining us along the way. And yes, we'll also be exploring intentional connection with our favorite plant ally. 🌿 All within a private community of couples learning, growing, and creating more of what they love together. We're beginning November 1! For this first founding group, we're keeping things intimate. And before sharing this more widely, I wanted to extend the invitation to people already in our circle who resonate with this kind of intentional living and connection.
