Poomsae 4 - 8 competition style.
I watched through the video and noted where each new pattern begins so you or your child can jump to them quickly. Pattern Timestamps 0:00 — Taegeuk 4 (Sa-Jang) Blue Belt 0:58 — Taegeuk 5 (Oh-Jang) Purple Belt 1:55 — Taegeuk 6 (Yuk-Jang) Brown Belt 2:55 — Taegeuk 7 (Chil-Jang) Red Belt 3:55 — Taegeuk 8 (Pal-Jang) Deputy Belt These are world-class poomsae performances, so it’s a great reference for students learning proper rhythm, power, and timing. I highly recommend watching this and studying how they perform their patterns. Pro Tip: Record yourself performing your pattern and compare it to theirs. Try to match their timing, power, and technique as closely as possible. Remember — she is a world-class athlete, so this is an excellent model to learn from. Most Taekwondo athletes want to be able to do this.
Most Taekwondo athletes want to be able to do this. Powerful kicks. Beautiful poomsae. Amazing flexibility. Speed. Control. Confidence. But most people never reach that level. I know how you feel. You watch athletes perform incredible skills and think: "I wish I could do that." You see them spinning, jumping, kicking higher, moving faster, and making it look effortless. I've been there too. What most people don't realize is that these athletes weren't born with those skills. They built them. One practice. One repetition. One day at a time. The secret isn't talent. The secret is consistent training with the right guidance. When you focus on improving just 1% every day, something amazing happens. Your kicks get higher. Your balance improves. Your confidence grows. Your techniques become cleaner. Slowly, you start becoming the athlete you once looked up to. One day, someone will be watching YOU. They'll see your skills. They'll see your confidence. They'll see your performance. And they'll say: "I wish I could do that." What they won't see are the thousands of repetitions, the discipline, and the consistency that got you there. That's what separates those who dream from those who achieve. 🥋🔥 Keep showing up. Keep improving. Become the athlete others look up to.

What I ate for morning 🌞
Keeping it simple and light. Sourdough bread (carbs) Organic butter (grass fed) (fats) Broccoli 🥦 (fiber) Cooked green onions (fiber) Ground beef (protein) This keeps me full for like 4-5 hours TBH. What did you have for breakfast?
