M&A Transactions
Any of my contacts here involved in $Billion Transaction, there is a Bank in Portugal looking to liquidate it Assets and sell off. They are looking for $5 Billion for the transaction.
Anyways here are deals am currently working on, happy to work with other deal makers here.
- $65 Million Trucking Acquisition deal in California, the company has over $28 Million on Trucking Assets which we want to do an LBO and use the Assets collateral in the transaction.
- A pool contracting company with over $44 Million in Revenue looking to sell, we have only two main share holders in the deal which I have a great relationship with them.
- $4 Million construction Acquisition deal in Washington DC, the sellers simply want to retire and still have some Equity in the company.
