How to invest the cash surplus of a company after takeover?
Hi all,
if you acquire a business with an important cash surplus, what do you do with it?
- Try not to keep it at all and use as much as possible to pay the Seller?
- Park it in Bonds?
- Use it for further acquisitions?
- Does anybody have any experience with some parking vehicles better than bonds? I’m especially thinking about derivates programs (such as low-risk options income strategies) for example?
