Big Thanks to the Admin & This Community!

First off, huge gratitude to the admin for accepting me into Buy, Build, Sell ™ Businesses. It’s rare to find a space where people are serious about building, scaling, and flipping businesses, so I’m excited to learn and contribute here.

Now here’s a thought that’s been on my mind:

A lot of entrepreneurs talk about starting businesses… but fewer talk about designing them from day one with the exit in mind.

I’ve been thinking about how different my decisions would look if every move I made, from branding to systems to customer acquisition, was filtered through the question:

“Will this increase the value of my business if I ever decide to sell it?”

That shift alone feels like it could change everything about how we build.

Curious for the group: Do you build your businesses with an exit strategy from day one, or do you focus on growth first and think about selling later?
