Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick update on how Business Learning Library is continuing to evolve. This group was designed around quarterly learning and steady progress through our group learning series. What we are doing now is simply building on that foundation. We are moving more intentionally into a quarterly planning + execution rhythm, using what I’m calling Planning Cycles. Some members will follow the quarterly training. Others will bring their own goals or projects. Both are welcome. What we all share is a common way of working: We learn, apply, measure, reflect, and adjust — using planning cycles to support real progress over time. I have added a new Planning Cycles section in the classroom that explains how this works and how to get started.
