If you’re here, it’s probably because something in you is tired of pushing, pretending, or trying to “power through.” This community exists for one simple reason: to help overwhelmed, burned-out minds reset—gently, creatively, and without pressure. You don’t need to be productive here.You don’t need to catch up. You don’t need to explain yourself. We’ll use simple art-based practices as a way to calm the nervous system, quiet mental overload, and reconnect with ourselves—especially for ADHD and fast-thinking minds. No art skills required. Showing up as you are, is enough. If you’re open to it, start with something small: - Introduce yourself (one sentence is perfect) - Share one word for how your energy feels today - Or just read quietly—presence counts here too This is a space for becoming, not fixing.
