You don’t need to be productive here.You don’t need to catch up. You don’t need to explain yourself. We’ll use simple art-based practices as a way to calm the nervous system, quiet mental overload, and reconnect with ourselves—especially for ADHD and fast-thinking minds. No art skills required. Showing up as you are, is enough.
