Why Professional Traders Lose Everyday-VIDEO
This one is important. Most traders are trying to win every trade. That’s exactly why they blow up. Professional traders lose constantly — but they lose small. That’s the real skill that keeps you in the game long enough to catch the big winners. https://youtu.be/IcZt_P7pHgk?si=XRMLqVxw2yzDTVRF
Weekly Trade Review
In the past week, I lost 10k in 3 trading days. The first day, I was up 1k, and then went on tilt after going green to red (which is my number 1 trigger) and lost 3k. The next two days I was still frustrated and trading on TILT, lost 4k and 3k -- I wasn't trading, I was just jamming buttons out of frustration. The past couple of days I am up 4k. Still recovering from my meltdown. Thankfully, my account is green overall.
Green Day (barely)
After not trading Tues/Weds, I felt a bit hesitant. I did not trade the open bc I didn't see the price action I was looking for. Eventually I hit TSLA on the long-side using the Bollinger Bands and previous inflection points now slipped to support. Covered for a small profit bc I didn't see the follow through to the upside and it was bearish day. I shorted GLD and SLVR, hit on GLD and lost on SLVR for a wash out. That was pretty much my day -- kept it minimal.

Execution & Discipline
Excellent trading day! Had a very specific gameplan -- I wanted to get long on CRWV and APLD. At the open I took CRWV on an opening drive because it was looking hot on the 5min, 1min, and the daily = great alignment between timeframes with a hot chart. Then I waited for an APLD to pull and show strength -- loved the daily chart and APLD broke out. Executed the gameplan to get up over 1k and called it a day. Also, got to request my first payout on Trade Makers today.

Sloppy Open -- But Finished Green
I was a little off on my timing today -- I got smoked trying to long ASTS and LUNR at the open but managed to hit NVDA long at the open to offset a sloppy open. Lost 4 out of my first 5 trades. But I went heavy an A+ setup -- after PLTR broke an important trend line which set up a bull flag and I held it for over an hour while it ran. This got me back green and I managed to recover from a small drawdown on the day to finish the day green. Not a great day. Probably shouldn't have traded at all because I woke up late and feeling very sick. This is likely why my execution at the opening period was off -- I was out of routine and trading a half ass gameplan. I should have taken my time or not traded at all. Lesson learned. Cheers!
