One client that joined in April not even sure if he needed a coach. His words: "I woke up one day and decided why not give it a shot."
3 months later, his workouts are consistent, his nutrition is dialed, and he just ran his 2nd half marathon ever within 3 weeks of his first one. And he CRUSHED it.
