Today was Day 1/90 and the truth? It didn't go so well. I was torn between so many different softwares trying to find what works with my budget. Sitting on a prospecting tool for half an hour only to realise it's too expensive with the level of credits required. It made me realise - simplicity is key. It is so easy with AI to overcomplicate and think you're being smart when the harsh reality is the smarter you think you are being the more likely it is you are just missing out on the obvious solution. What we achieved today?: - Simplicity in our tech stack - filtering out a lot of unnecessary tools. - Deeper understanding of what our prospecting process will look like. - Developed a base line SOP for our prospecting. Tomorrow's goals: - Implement everything learnt from today. - Have more conversations. - Make sure lead lists are good.

Hi Everyone, The truth is, I don't know if this will reach members outside my group or only members inside the group (which at this point would be no one) and so I'd just be writing to myself but you don't know till you try right? I am launching this community for people to follow my journey and to hopefully welcome and embrace fellow entrepreneurs who not only listen to advice but are looking to action it and don't know where to start. For this very reason I have decided to launch a series - "90 Day Minimozi challenge" - Where I use Alex Hormozi's advice to see how far I can grow with 90 days of pure hustle. Now of course, he isn't personally working to make me my first $1Million (unless you really want to @AlexHormozi). But I thought it would be something fun, light-hearted and easy to follow. After all, we can all learn off each other. I will be posting videos and more posts like this breaking down my day.
