Intro - Jeff Murphy
Welcome everyone. My name is Jeff Murphy. I live in San Antonio, TX. I’m married to Jen with 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 8. I’m 41 years old. I work as an engineer in the oil and gas world.
I enjoy lifting, running, soccer, snowboarding, golf, and spending time with the family.
I woke up a few months after turning 40 and realized I wasn’t happy in my life and marriage. Set out in October 2024 on a journey of self reflection and self improvement. Primary goal was to improve my marriage but I quickly realized that involved fixing myself first. It’s been a great journey with many improvements in various aspects of my life. I’m now very committed to my health but looking for a continued community of like minded men looking for self improvement and to better themselves. I’m looking forward to this opportunity!
