Before anything else—slow down and read this. Most people already know they should take care of their body. The issue isn’t knowledge. It’s action. A simple standard and reminder to myself and my clients. Give 100% of what you have. Not 100% of what you think you should have. What you have. Some days that’s 80%. Some days it’s 20%. Some days it’s 1%. Bring it anyway. When you do that consistently, you build discipline, not based on feelings, but on action. Today’s Step Set aside 20 minutes. ( You have 20 mins) * Squats × 15 * Push-ups × 10 (modify as needed) * Lunges × 10 each leg or Split Squats per leg * Plank × 30 seconds Repeat 3–5 rounds. Adjust where needed, but stay with it.
