Before anything else—slow down and read this.
Most people already know they should take care of their body.
The issue isn’t knowledge. It’s action.
This space is here to help you take that step—simply and consistently.
Your body is not separate from your faith.
It’s part of how you live, serve, and show up each day.
A simple standard and reminder to myself and my clients.
Give 100% of what you have.
Not 100% of what you think you should have. What you have.
Some days that’s 80%.
Some days it’s 20%.
Some days it’s 1%.
Bring it anyway.
When you do that consistently, you build discipline, not based on feelings, but on action.
Today’s Step
Set aside 20 minutes. ( You have 20 mins)
* Squats × 15
* Push-ups × 10 (modify as needed)
* Lunges × 10 each leg or Split Squats per leg
* Plank × 30 seconds
Repeat 3–5 rounds.
Adjust where needed, but stay with it. Don't give up, finish it
After you’re done
Comment below with:
* Completed
* Modified
* Not today
Just be honest.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up with what you have and building from there.
