What niche are we serving?
Building Project Women serves women (and their partners) who are navigating residential renovation, new builds, or construction projects in Australia — and who are overwhelmed, underprepared, or have stalled mid-project.
Our clients are capable, educated women aged between late 30s to mid 50s. Potentially a first-time renovator or someone who has tried before and been burned. Our clients live in metropolitan or regional Australia, are likely homeowners, who are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Our clients are intelligent but not necessarily construction-trained. They communicate well however there is a knowledge gap — and that gap is costing money, confidence, and sleep.
