The last few questions were excellent. Something we deal with everyday as a Project Manager on construction sites. 1. How do we know when a trade has finished their work? 2a). What do you do to make sure the job has been quality checked? 2b). What do you suggest I do when I need to get them to come back to finish off a job? 3. I'm tired of cleaning up all the time, how can I get the trades to clean up after themselves? Thankyou for sending these questions in. How would you deal with each of them.
