Happy Friday lads, in the training plan section, I have just added some brand new Bodyweight HIIT workouts for anyone training at home or a bit pushed for time!

I also want to just celebrate some big wins for the lads in our programme 🏆
has lost over 2 stone in just 8 weeks on the programme hitting 95kg for the first time in years and now hitting 39lbs lost in total hitting another all time low this morning and is now over a stone down in total finished his photoshoot and has lost almost 6 stone since starting with me just over a year ago Big wins fellas!!
Just a reminder, if you guys haven't seen my latest video, I talk about spaces now being capped and limited due to doing all 1-1 coaching myself, this means anyone signing up to the programme will now be working with me directly to ensure you are getting the results and service required!
