Not the biggest idea on your list. The smallest one you could ship by Sunday and mean it. Big ideas feel more exciting to plan, but a small finished thing beats a big unfinished one every time — it's real, you can point at it, and you learn something a plan never teaches you. Finishing anything, even something tiny, changes how you build the next thing. What's the smallest version of your thing you could actually finish by Sunday?

You can fill a whole week and end it in the same place you started. Answering messages, tweaking a logo, watching one more training. All real work. None of it moved the actual thing forward. The test isn't "did I stay busy." It's "is the actual thing closer to done than it was Monday." Those are two different questions, and only one of them matters. Be honest: closer to done, or just busier? No wrong answer, just curious where people actually are.

Found a Chrome extension called SkoolKit that adds a Schedule button right inside Skool's own post box. No new app, no new login — it just sits on top of the same "Write Something" box you already use. Means the posts landing in this feed can get planned out a little instead of written same-day every time.
