Didn’t even realise I should’ve been recording this… Last night turned into one of those deep build sessions where everything just kept stacking: – 🔐 Full security system (MFA, step-up auth, audit logs) – 🧠 Smart vehicle categories (cars, bikes, boats, trailers, scooters etc.) – ⚡ Split scooters into Electric vs Mobility (game changer for real-world use) – 📊 Platform Owner upgrades (booking oversight, financial controls, system status) – 👀 Security activity dashboard (can literally see suspicious behaviour now) – 🏗️ Ownership transfer system (so the whole platform can be sold properly later) And the biggest shift… 👉 The platform actually feels like a real marketplace now, not just an idea. Next step is getting real listings live (we’ve got scooters coming 👀) -‐------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve done a couple live build sessions in here already (one I didn’t even upload 🤦‍♂️) Thinking I start doing these properly… – testing features – fixing bugs – building new stuff live Would anyone be keen to watch / learn how this is all being built with AI? just did my first live build 👀 ran through HireHub (the app I’ve been building) and showed how it actually works in preview → explored the platform → tested guest checkout → created a test account live → hit a couple bugs along the way (kept it real 😂) camera/audio is a bit rough (ancient laptop doing its best 😅) but honestly didn’t matter — just wanted to start showing the process instead of keeping it behind the scenes no one was on either 😂 but that’s all part of it this is probably how I’ll keep building from now on… just sharing it as it happens if you’re building too, jump in and show your stuff — doesn’t have to be perfect 👀

Big focus right now: making my guest checkout feel seamless instead of clunky Right now the flow is: - guest enters details - uploads licence + selfie - verification goes to pending - still allows booking request (instead of blocking) After they submit: - booking goes to host - they get prompted to finish setting up their account Basically tightening everything so: 👉 booking comes first 👉 account setup comes after Biggest thing I’m realising: every extra step = lost conversions Feels obvious… but hard to get right 😅 👇 question: would you allow booking before full verification or block it until everything is complete?

Everything works… until you try to connect it all together 😅 Right now I’m deep in fixing my booking + payment flow: - booking requests - Stripe payments - payouts - getting it to actually work end-to-end Honestly, most of it breaks more than it works right now 😂 Biggest thing I’m realising 👇 it’s not the individual parts that are hard… it’s getting everything to work together properly. I’ll start sharing the exact prompts + fixes I’m using as I go. Building with AI is easy… until you try to make everything actually work together 😅
