⚠️ My Checkout Flow Is Killing Conversions… Fixing This 👇
Big focus right now: making my guest checkout feel seamless instead of clunky
Right now the flow is:
- guest enters details
- uploads licence + selfie
- verification goes to pending
- still allows booking request (instead of blocking)
After they submit:
- booking goes to host
- they get prompted to finish setting up their account
Basically tightening everything so:
👉 booking comes first
👉 account setup comes after
Biggest thing I’m realising: every extra step = lost conversions
Feels obvious… but hard to get right 😅
👇 question:
would you allow booking before full verification or block it until everything is complete?
