Hey Everyone, I have social anxiety and even hesitate to post or get visible to ppls. But putting out the efforts to improve Beliefs : - I cannot talk - I speak something useless or irrelevant - They won't be able to hear my voice or will have ugly tone - They can see my anxiety - I'll tell drain talking to ppls or a girl - If I approach I won't have any thing to say - Rejection will means my reputation is gone This are my main hurdles and my confidence killers. I haven't talked in my teens to anyone( developed the problem here), girls do approach me, propose me themselves but can't get the spark in the initials and got cheated in relationship or betrayed after their proposal and dating phase Now I myself don't feel like interacting even if anybody gets interested due to fear of speaking ( Even can't post of X or linkedlin due to this fear) I believe expressing my shame will help me internally also would love to get the help from you'll. After 100s of dates throughout the years this is what I’ve learned. Having sex with hot girls isn’t that good after a while. I’m guessing its your ego. Once you fill your validated getting attractive women, afterwards It doesn’t really feel meaningful. Regardless of looks, some girls you genuinely have fun with are rare. Would say I meet a girl who I really appreciate once every 6months to a year. So I recommend gettjng into a relationship, bc it’s not getting any better than that. Building a relationship with trust is difficult when you have multiple options. Dont get me wrong even good girls would stay around even tho they know u have multiple girls but it builds a one sided relationship where one is always chasing, trying to get validation from the other person.

Hey guys! hope we all doing well. recently made a decision to pursue one relationship instead of 3 different ones. Last week, I met up with the other two and told them I'm moving on. Luckly I think I ended things on good terms(somehow). I realize I dont have the lust that I used to have and I finally have peace of mind. If you guys are wondering what having a dating rotation looks like? It's chaos and unnecesary energy used. I recommend sticking to one. Obviously, if you want to get that one girl, you need skills to get any girl.

You know what I used to believe? Self improvement. Sounds so sweet.. having control over your fate thru discipline and hard work, unwillingness to give in. But heres the reality. What are you really chasing? If its hard work itself congrads you shouldnt be reading this one. But eventually we relate self improvement with our self worth. In other words we get attrached to materialistic success. Thats why after all those gym sessions after all those dates you still feel void. This year I realized self improvement is another sweet distraction from reality, called Jesus.
