I was born in North Yorkshire in the UK but now reside in northern Alberta, Canada. I’ve been forming in the UK for 15 years as a first generation farmer and I am passionate about farming, food preservation and environmental conservation.

Bread!
It doesn’t have to be hard to make or sourdough. Here’s a recipe for a versatile white bread, I make both loaves and bread rolls with it. I batch bake it and freeze it so it’s there when I need it even when I don’t have a lot of time. Have you got a favourite recipe?
