FREE Research Consultations this summer
Market Research Consults for upcoming Fertility support through Nutrition Hi Ladies, Please share far and wide! My passion and the area I have by far the most expertise is supporting women to have healthy pregnancies as they age, particularly women who have irregular cycles, unexplained losses, or feel too exhausted after 1 or 2 rough pregnancies to hope for more children. My training is both in Western nutrition and Asian nutrition, and together they bring guidance that is much more powerful than either alone. I've been coaching women through this for over 20 years and have helped dozens of friends and acquaintances to lay the physical groundwork for pregnancy (obviously still a gift from God!) and feeling as good as possible and recovering as well as possible. I have guided some friends through 8 pregnancies, UTIs, mastitis, morning sickness, regulating cycles, body movement to support abdominal healing, nutrition for milk supply while allowing for weight loss postpartum, you know the drill. I'm ready to expand and build out a program specifically to support women who don't feel healthy enough to have another baby but would love to get to that point, or to build their nutritional reserves so that pregnancy isn't such a rollercoaster of hormonal and other interventions. (I've had clients who no longer needed progesterone or could keep their iron up for the first time.) I'm looking to speak with ladies who are intrigued with this offer. I'm offering a free 90-minute consult to everyone who messages me, so I can learn more specifically what ladies in the wider world (not just my nerdy SoCal homeschool mom bubble) are doing right now when they are facing this challenge. You'll leave each call with a zoom video and audio recording and a transcript and summary of what we talked about. I'll offer you my best tips. Once I've completed these calls, I'll check in with everyone and see if they want to be part of my beta program. Zero pressure, I know most of the ladies on here are self-starters and can handle it by themselves. If I don't get one client it's not a problem, this is for me to learn since I have time this summer and babysitting for my kids.

60-Day Intensive
I'm looking for 5 ladies to coach for 60 days this summer at a steep discount. We'll do 1:1 check ins each week, texts in between, and you can send me food photos to check nutrition targets. The goal is to drop 1 size if that's your main challenge (2-3 sizes above ideal) AND/OR drastically improve your mood and hormones if your weight is in range. But there's a catch, so I'll tell you up front what the parameters are: Getting outside in the morning - exercise not required and actually discouraged if napping is unreliable Commit to pauses - sitting down mid morning and mid afternoon, and rest - average of 1 hour per day of rest mid-day. I realize some summer days are long and out of the house, so sitting at a park counts and laying on the grass counts as rest. 1 hour per week of weight lifting (amount doesn’t matter, splitting into multiple days doesn't matter, just somewhat of a challenge) or body weight exercises/calisthenics Waking up naturally every morning it’s possible (assuming no doctor’s appointments, etc,...) Taking your supplements (nearly) every day. Aiming to stay hydrated, eat vegetables throughout the day, and include protein with most meals and snacks. No protein shakes unless ill and nursing; include lean protein with carbs when fueling/refueling after heavy exercise. Go to bed on the early side as often as possible. I realize during the summer this may be a bit later, so more specifically what this looks like is: Lower the lights and power down the house. The default is you go to bed when your (younger) kids do unless there’s a specific need (teen life angst, family or friend party). Limit or no screens after the sun is down and consider a cutoff earlier in the evening. If you want to start a movie or show at 8:30 or 9 pm each night, this program is not for you. If you can limit yourself to 1-2 nights per week when you will be able to sleep in the next morning (no alarm for you or husband, and he will wrangle kids) then that can be ok.

Hope this works for many of you! On Monday I’ll outline what I’m focusing on this summer and the specific things I’m doing. And I’ll also post here. I would love to help you find the simplest ways to implement your hopes for the next few months.
