I leave for Cabo San Lucas tomorrow to celebrate my 20th anniversary with my family. 🎊
And while I am absolutely going to enjoy myself — I am also going prepared.
Because here’s what I know after years of coaching and traveling:
Travel is one of the fastest ways to derail your health. Bad airport food. Airplane snacks. All-inclusive buffets. Time zone shifts. Disrupted sleep. Foreign bacteria your gut has never met.
It doesn’t have to go that way.
Today on our call we’re talking all things travel prep — and I’m sharing exactly what I’m packing and why.

✈️ What NOT to eat at the airport and on the plane — and what to bring instead so you’re never at the mercy of whatever’s available
