😴 Sleep — Are you protecting your sleep, or sacrificing it for everyone else?
🥗 Nutrition — Are you fueling your body, or just getting through the day?
❤️ Love & Connection — Are you nurturing your relationships and your own emotional health?
📖 Personal Development — Are you growing, learning, and investing in yourself?
🏃 Movement — Are you moving your body daily — not just for others, but for you?
When you make these 7 things a daily priority, everything changes. Your energy. Your mood. Your health. Your relationships. Your ability to show up for the people who need you most.
