Happy Thursday, everyone!
Today's Thrive Thursday coaching call is focused on two things that go hand in hand:
RECOVERY — and the role amino acids play in making it happen.
We will cover:
What recovery actually is — and why most people are getting it wrong
The 7 Daily Primal Needs through the lens of recovery — especially Primal Need #3 Sleep
Why amino acids are more important than most people realize — and who needs them most
My personal Cabo experiment — what happened when I actually slept, and why it changed how I think about recovery
Practical tools, supplements, and protocols you can apply this week
I will also be sharing a Recovery Principles handout on the call that you can keep and reference going forward.

Here is something I want to share before we jump on:
I have been coaching for decades. I talk about sleep constantly. And I came back from Cabo realizing I was not taking my own advice.
Long, uninterrupted sleep — even while deviating with food and drink more than usual — left me more energized than I have felt in months.
That got my attention. And it should get yours too.
Recovery is not just physical. It is mental. It is emotional. It is a full system reset.
And amino acids are a critical piece of that puzzle — especially for anyone over 45, anyone on a GLP-1, or anyone who is not consistently hitting their protein targets.
Your body breaks down 250-300 grams of protein every single day. You cannot store protein the way you store fat. You have to replenish it consistently — and most of us are not.
