Need some advice

Hey everyone I am new here and just started my AI Agency. One of the projects I am doing for a client involves an internal agent so that they can retrieve info super easy and quick. This AI agent will need to be connected to the following softwares: Monday, Hubspot, Dropbox and Xero.

I was thinking about connecting these to a database that will update everytime something is changed in the softwares. Does anyone have any ideas on how to connect all these softwares to a database??
