Today I added four new lessons to help you prepare your body better before training:
• Full Body Activation
• Lower Body Warm-Up
• Upper Body Warm-Up with a Stick
• Hip Mobility with a Stick
These exercises will help you activate your body, improve mobility and get ready for more demanding movements during training.
At the end of the Hip Mobility lesson there is also a small challenge where you try a forward and backward roll while holding the stick.
