Netflix vs VHS in Boxing
So hear me out! I remember when going to Target to buy a movie that I saw once in theaters as a kid. Pokémon the Movie(Don’t judge me). Crazy thing was all I could think about is that movie. It came with all types of previews 5 minutes worth, but still was going to watch the whole thing. Then after the 5th watch I would get bored and would be ready for the next one. THEN NETFLIX HIT!!!! OMG IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE. All the OPTIONS I had. Whatever I FELT I WATCHED! Boxing is the same!
Your opponent LOVES OPTIONS. The more you give them the more they will take, but limit their options and you limit the fighter. Take away the right hand by having your left up. Take away their Jab by hitting their jab. This is like watching commercials on vhs. Everyone hates them but you got to go thru it if you want to get to the main movie. In our classes moving forward we will talk about taking away options ✊🏾👍🏾
