Celebrating a win

After a decent stretch of weekly video posts on LinkedIn I missed a couple of weeks. I just wasn't feeling it and rationalized not doing it.

One learning from that is--I need to develop a habit and workflow of stacking up videos for those down times so that I can maintain consistency. I've been just recording them every Friday and putting them up at the end of the day (more on that in a later post).

I couldn't let myself go 3 weeks without a video post, so I put this one together and it has turned out to be my best performing one so far--805 unique views, 11 hours of viewing time, 29 reactions, 6 comments.

Can't say it was all me--what helped was one repost from a guy who has a large LinkedIn group (Business in Japan) and liked the content enough to share it. I know him, but have never asked for a repost. I guess the topic touched a nerve and he wanted to share.
