Body Scan | Sensation & Awareness Practice
This guided body scan is a slow return to sensation. You’re invited to simply notice what’s present, what’s subtle, what’s asking for attention. Tingling, heaviness, warmth, tightness, emptiness… all sensations are welcome. As awareness moves through the body, layers of holding can begin to gently unravel on their own. Not through effort but through presence. This practice supports: * Deepening connection to physical sensation * Expanding body awareness and subtle perception * Softening unconscious holding patterns * Creating space through noticing, rather than doing Just feel, observe, and allow the body to reveal itself. A simple, grounding practice to come back into your body, exactly as it is. Could be practiced before sleep or anytime of the day when you need to reconnect with self.

Welcome to May : Unraveling to make s p a c e
I’ve been looking forward to bringing in Mays theme because it just feels juicy and the timing with the depth of the Scorpio full moon and the witches New Year Samhain is potent for the shedding of the inauthentic & the things that no longer serve our highest good. And yet we make room for more capacity for the aligned. It’s a yes please from me.

The 7-day+ Daily Baseline Practice of Devotion
I wanted to share with you all a little about my journey into this work. It's developed over time of course but my own battle with burnout at the end of '24 led me to starting all over again with my approach to whole-being wellness. I only had the capacity for either lying down in bed or on a rug (sometimes 3 times a day to do guided meditation and nervous system regulation movement & then followed by a cat nap). I began to recognise that these 'lovebites' that I was creating for myself throughout the day and the repetition of these practices were seriously what was bringing me back to life. And ultimately rewiring how I viewed rest & healing. My body started to crave these practices, our nervous system loves repetition! So they became a regular part of my everyday coping mechanism. SO I have created the Baseline Practices for you too, to bookend your day. To rise calmly & in a powerfully regulated state to then close the day is a peaceful acceptance as well as gratitude for the day. Making a commitment to yourself for 10min (x 2) to feel the difference is where it's at. Everyone has this time! How do I do this? You ask. I suggest to put two alerts in your phone calendar, one just before you rise and one just as you head to sleep. This way you are treating it as an important meeting with yourself - which it is! Observing how these small shifts can alter your day is like magic. See if you can do this for 7days, then a month and then into your everyday. It becomes as easy as making your morning cup of tea or anything else you do on the regular. Find The Daily Baseline Practice below to get started. I will check in soon to see how you are getting on. I just know you are going to love it as much as I do (yes, I do my own Baseline Practices daily!) With love Kelly

Energy Well Held ~ April
Intentional, empowered & held. As we move into April and the depth of Autumn here in New Zealand, everything begins to slow, soften and turn inward. The external energy drops & we’re invited to do the same. To gather, refine & to hold our energy in the way that serves us best. We will work towards calm, resilient strength towards clear priorities & sharp energetic discernment. Through personal power that is feminine, elevated & magnetic. You’re no longer reacting to life, you’re choosing where your energy goes in an informed way. Autumn teaches us this naturally that not everything is meant to be carried forward. Also as harsh as it is, not everything deserves your energy. For April this is all about, sustaining yourself without burnout, letting go of what’s excess, honouring where your energy, time and emotions are best spent. This is the sacred ownership of the Energy Well. Your energy becomes your well to draw from. A source of vitality you consciously protect, replenish and direct. And how this becomes reality is in the daily practice. Because this season isn’t about intensity it’s about consistency. This is how energy becomes well held through the way you live it, every day. This month, we learn to work with the season not against it.

Dancing Under The Tawa Trees ~ Come join me 💛
Somatic Movement Under the Tawa Trees | The ME Project Half Day Retreat on Te Aratipi Station A raw & real video of my very simple session from today’s retreat. Since you couldn’t be with me, I decided to film it so I could share it with you. This was a gentle introduction to somatic movement & dance in the bush - we channeled tree nymph & fairy vibes! We began very simply with dropping in & slowing down, softening and learning to listen to the body before asking it to expand out of its comfort zone ever so. This is where the work starts & begins to resonate with those it needs to. I loved dancing in person with this great group of women and under the trees on the land.
