This guided body scan is a slow return to sensation.
You’re invited to simply notice what’s present, what’s subtle, what’s asking for attention. Tingling, heaviness, warmth, tightness, emptiness… all sensations are welcome.
As awareness moves through the body, layers of holding can begin to gently unravel on their own. Not through effort but through presence.
This practice supports:
* Deepening connection to physical sensation
* Expanding body awareness and subtle perception
* Softening unconscious holding patterns
* Creating space through noticing, rather than doing
Just feel, observe, and allow the body to reveal itself.
A simple, grounding practice to come back into your body, exactly as it is. Could be practiced before sleep or anytime of the day when you need to reconnect with self.
