I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to everyone who joined The Steady Schools Community after attending my sessions at this week's New Jersey Head Start Association Conference.
Thank you for being part of the conversations, reflections, and moments of connection we shared together.
One of the things we explored during our time together is this:

Not just for children — but for educators, leaders, and entire school communities.
This community was created to continue those conversations beyond the conference walls.
