🌱 Carry the Heartbeat Forward
A book can begin a conversation.
But people carry that conversation forward.
Since The Heartbeat Educator launched, I have been thinking about what happens when a book leaves the author’s hands and begins living with its readers.
Someone recognizes their own experience.
Someone thinks of a teacher.
Someone remembers a mentor.
Someone says:
“I know who needs to hear this.”
That is how a message begins to move.
And the beautiful part is that carrying the heartbeat forward does not require a large platform.
It may simply mean reaching out to an educator and saying:
“I see the work you are doing.”
It might mean sharing an educator story.
Recommending the book to a colleague.
Leaving an honest review.
Thanking someone whose presence mattered.
Or bringing more belonging, dignity, connection, and repair into your own interactions this week.
