I was copy-pasting listings into 5 sites. Not anymore.
You guys also tired of copy-pasting new listings into 5 different places? Photos, descriptions, prices — every single time. Bet a lot of you are in the same boat. Been thinking about how to fix this. Here's what I landed on (about $20/m): 1. Make ONE Google Form where you fill in the listing once — address, price, beds, baths, description, photos. 2. Connect that form to a Google Sheet (Google does this automatically — there's a button inside the form). 3. Sign up for n8n. It's a tool that takes data from one place and puts it in another, automatically. 4. In n8n, build a workflow that watches the sheet for new rows. When a new listing appears, it: - Drafts a Facebook post - Drafts an email for your newsletter - Drafts an Instagram caption All saved to a "drafts" folder for you to review. 5. You spend 5 minutes reviewing instead of 45 copy-pasting. Anybody got thoughts? Hope this helps 🙏 happy to walk through it if you get stuck. Thanks!

The trick top agents use to remember every client's birthday
Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with remembering my clients' home anniversaries and birthdays recently. Also over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how top agents seem to remember everyone's details. Bet I'm not alone. I was talking to ChatGPT and figured out a really simple system. Wanted to share (free to set up): 1. Open Google Sheets. Make columns: Name, Phone, Email, Birthday, Home Purchase Date, Notes. 2. Fill it in with your past clients. Even 20 names is enough to start. 3. Sign up for n8n — it's a free tool that connects apps together. Think of it like a robot that reads your sheet and does stuff. 4. Build a workflow in n8n that runs every morning at 7am, checks your sheet for anyone with a birthday or home anniversary that day, and emails YOU a reminder with their phone number. 5. You then send them a personal text. Takes 30 seconds. That's the whole system. Clients think you have an elephant's memory. Hope this helps you 🙏 happy to chat more if anyone wants a walkthrough. Thank you!

How I stopped leads falling through the cracks (free fix)
Hi all—I've been struggling with leads falling through the cracks because I forget to follow up, and I know a lot of agents here have too. I spent some time figuring out a fix last week. Here's the simple version (free if you're patient with setup): 1. Sign up for a free n8n account — it's a tool that lets you build little "if this, then that" automations without coding. 2. Make a Google Sheet with these columns: Name, Email, Last Contacted Date. 3. In n8n, build a workflow that does this once a day: check the sheet → find any lead where "Last Contacted Date" is more than 3 days ago → send them a short, friendly email from your Gmail. 4. Write the email once. n8n will use the lead's name automatically each time it sends. That's it. You now have an assistant that nudges your leads while you sleep. If any step is confusing, drop a comment — happy to walk you through it 🙏

The hard truth about leadership!
TEAM LEADERS AND BROKERS!!! Being a leader can break your heart and send you into depression!! Don't let it!! Leadership is not for the faint of heart. A true leader must have thick skin, because guiding high-level, driven, and mission-focused people comes with challenges, tests, and heartbreaks. In this video, we explore: Why the goal of leadership is to create more leaders, not followers. How to lead talented individuals who will push you, challenge you, and sometimes leave. Why it’s normal to feel hurt when someone you’ve developed moves on—but how to approach it with true servant leadership. The importance of asking yourself: “Did I serve them all the ways I could to help them grow?” How to handle being misunderstood or even vilified by those you’ve helped. How to grow as a leader by focusing on impact, love, and development, instead of letting negative energy derail you. Why wishing well to those who speak poorly of you can eventually lead them to see the good in the relationship—and the difference you made. 💡 Key takeaway: Leadership can break your heart, but a thick skin, peace with outcomes, and dedication to the growth of others ensures you remain effective, strong, and impactful.
