The trick top agents use to remember every client's birthday
Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with remembering my clients' home anniversaries and birthdays recently. Also over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how top agents seem to remember everyone's details. Bet I'm not alone.
I was talking to ChatGPT and figured out a really simple system. Wanted to share (free to set up):
1. Open Google Sheets. Make columns: Name, Phone, Email, Birthday, Home Purchase Date, Notes.
2. Fill it in with your past clients. Even 20 names is enough to start.
3. Sign up for n8n — it's a free tool that connects apps together. Think of it like a robot that reads your sheet and does stuff.
4. Build a workflow in n8n that runs every morning at 7am, checks your sheet for anyone with a birthday or home anniversary that day, and emails YOU a reminder with their phone number.
5. You then send them a personal text. Takes 30 seconds.
That's the whole system. Clients think you have an elephant's memory.
